IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND TERMS OF COMMISSIONS
Please read carefully if you want to commission me.Main Terms1. Commissions will only be accepted if the queue is open.2. If you have a specific deadline, a rush service can be negotiated at an extra cost.3. I hold the rights to the art I create, that includes streaming of the process, sharing and posting on my own social media for promotion purposes.4. I do not use templates or copy any other artist. I will only create emotes in my own style.5. I am not responsible if you fail to read these terms.General ProcessIf you want to commission me, please send me a direct message on Twitter. Please be as detailed as possible with what you want. Feel free to include references, desired colors in hex code, screenshots, etc.During the process I will send you a basic sketch for your approval. After you approve, payment must be made, and once I have received it, I will resume work. When the work is done, I will send you a watermarked version of the emote in case you want to request minor changes (colors, simple lines). At the end of the process, I will make a post about it on my socials for promotion purposes.Types of ProductsI will draw emotes for Twitch and/or YouTube and I will animate them (if requested). I will create said emotes in my own style and under my own judgement. Profile pictures and other types of art can be negotiated and their prices can differ significantly depending on their complexity and deadlines. I DO NOT make NSFW art and I DO NOT copy other artists' drawings or styles.Rates and PaymentI only accept payments via PayPal. If you do not have one, unfortunately I won’t be able to help you. All payment must be made after approval of the first sketch, if you fail to make payment, I will cancel your commission and move your order out of the queue.My rates are 30€ per standard emote assuming you already have a character in mind or a reference.Designing a full character from the start will have an extra cost depending on the description and complexity.Animated emotes are possible depending on the complexity. These types of emotes have a cost of 30€ base plus up to 40€ extra depending on the type of animation.Profile pictures / Avatars have a cost of 45€ to 65€ depending on complexity and details. Illustrations are delivered on a predetermined size of 800px by 800px
COMMERCIAL PRICEIf you want to use any art you purchased from me in a commercial way (merchandise, toys, any physical means) the cost of the art will be three (3) times the regular cost.
If you already purchased art in the past and want to use it commercially, get in touch with me to negotiate the fees.Cancelling an Order and RefundsOrders can be cancelled without any penalty as long as I have not yet started work on the commission. You can check the status of your order and the queue HEREOnce payment has been made after the approved sketch, you can cancel the order by informing me through a Twitter private message. You are entitled to 50% refund as long as I have not completed your commission.In case your commission is already done, I will not refund your money, and I will send your completed art instead.
